Finally the Writers' Strike is over. I'm so glad to find out that Moonlight will be back the week of April 11 for at least 4 more episodes. Apparently it hasn't officially been picked back up for another season, so let's keep our fingers crossed. Next to Battlestar Gallactica, Moonlight has to be the best show on TV right now.

I guess sometimes you can say news travels slowly. I just found out today that USA Bestselling author Ronda Thompson passed away in July, maybe due to pancreatic cancer.

Ronda Thompson, who had recently gained attention with her Wulf Series, was a unique voice in paranormal romance. I had personally read the first in her Wulf Series, enjoyed it very much, and had the other books in the series waiting in my TBR stack.

It's always startling to hear of a death in the romance book industry. What that means for us as readers is that a bright light fades and the books we so enjoy from that author will be no more. What can be said is that Ronda's books are immortalized forever - and that is a powerful reminder of who she was.

I will research what books of hers are available and also what might be published after her death and get back to everyone later.
